Martin Dockery has been a member of the Orlando Fringe for 15 years and has given audiences over 12 crazy head trips with his award-winning absurdist and seriocomic plays.
But this weekend, right before the election, he’s making an odd showing outside the Festival to talk about American politics for president, which is even stranger than an unavoidable party.
Dockery’s newest show, Truth, will be performed in Central Florida for the first time (and most likely the last time ever).
Dockery’s personal comedy about going stir-crazy with his wife and child while our country loses touch with reality, thanks in large part to an orange ex-president, got great reviews in Edmonton, Winnipeg, and Minneapolis.
Based on Dockery’s past work and Truth’s hilarious peek trailer, you can expect an incredibly emotional and hilarious night that will make you laugh all the way to the polls on Tuesday.
