The debut of Heritage Chop House and Pub in Los Gatos is being announced.

A new permit filing says that Heritage Chop House and Pub, a new restaurant, will be opening in Los Gatos.

When the restaurant opens at 15-1/2 N Santa Cruz Avenue, it will be next to places like Coup de Thai, Gardenia, and Loma Brewing Company.

One of the people behind the new spot is Yvonne Khananis, who runs Reverence Catering in the Bay Area. The company’s website gives a short summary of her.

“Yvonne’s story began in the kitchen of her grandmother, where she learned how to make traditional Middle Eastern dishes that had been passed down from generation to generation.” She has been cooking since she was a child and has trained with famous cooks all over Chicago.

She started a catering business and then opened her first restaurant in 2002. Afterwards, Yvonne moved to California and started Reverence. At first, it was a creative food service for the Bay Area, and now it has a café location in Los Gatos.

Public records also show that Patrick and Kristi Pearce-Percy of Cuschieri Horton Architects are co-owners.
